1. About Cab Bhai
Cab Bhai Travels Private Limited ("Cab Bhai", "we", "us" or "our") operates a technology-enabled cab booking platform. Customers may submit booking requests through our website, application or authorised service channels.
Cab Bhai receives the request and may allocate or coordinate the journey through its application or backend network with available drivers, vehicle owners, vendors, travel agencies or other authorised transport partners.
2. Services
Cab Bhai may facilitate one-way outstation cabs, round-trip cabs, local rentals, airport transfers, monthly or corporate cab requirements, travel packages and other passenger-transport services displayed on the platform.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Cab Bhai facilitates booking, allocation, communication, payment support and platform coordination. The journey is performed by the assigned driver or transport partner.
3. Eligibility and Customer Information
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of making a booking. A person booking for another passenger confirms that they are authorised to provide the required travel details.
Customers must provide accurate name, mobile number, pickup and drop details, travel date and time, vehicle preference, payment information and any special instruction required for the journey. Cab Bhai is not responsible for delay, additional charges or service failure caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
4. Booking Confirmation
A booking request submitted on the website is not automatically a confirmed ride. A booking is confirmed only after Cab Bhai confirms availability and receives the required advance payment, where applicable.
All bookings remain subject to vehicle availability, driver availability, route feasibility, payment status, safety conditions and applicable legal requirements.
5. Vehicle Category
Vehicle images or names shown on the platform ordinarily indicate a category, such as Hatchback, Sedan, Premium Sedan, SUV Regular, Assured Crysta or Traveller. A specific model is guaranteed only if expressly confirmed in writing.
Where the selected category is unavailable, Cab Bhai may offer a suitable alternative subject to customer acceptance and any communicated fare difference.
6. Fare and Additional Charges
Fares may depend on route, distance, vehicle category, service type, travel duration, daily minimum kilometres, driver allowance, night charges, tolls, parking, permits, taxes, hill charges, waiting time, route changes or extra usage.
Unless clearly included in the booking summary, tolls, parking, permits, state taxes, airport charges, additional stops, extra kilometres, waiting charges and customer-requested itinerary changes may be charged separately.
7. Payments
Payments may be collected through permitted online or offline modes made available by Cab Bhai. A booking may remain unconfirmed until the required amount is received.
Customers must never share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs or banking passwords with any driver, partner or representative.
8. Driver and Vehicle Allocation
Cab Bhai may allocate bookings through its app or backend system based on route, vehicle type, availability, safety requirements and operational feasibility.
Cab Bhai may change an assigned driver or vehicle due to breakdown, unavailability, safety concerns, route restrictions or other reasonable circumstances and shall communicate the change where practicable.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Be reachable and present at the confirmed pickup point and time.
- Use the vehicle only for lawful travel and treat drivers and partners respectfully.
- Do not carry prohibited or unsafe material or exceed vehicle capacity.
- Pay the confirmed fare and applicable additional charges.
- Remain responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by the customer or accompanying passengers.
10. Delays, Route Changes and Fuel Breaks
Pickup and arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, breakdowns or events outside reasonable control. Customers should retain sufficient buffer time for flights, trains or appointments.
Changes in route, destination, stops, travel duration or date may lead to additional charges. Vehicles may require reasonable fuel, CNG or charging stops during a journey.
11. Cancellation and Refund
Customer cancellation and refund rights are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy published with these Terms.
For a standard confirmed booking cancelled by the customer without a valid reason less than 4 hours before pickup, Cab Bhai may deduct 10% of the confirmed fare or Rs. 100, whichever is lower, and refund the remaining eligible advance amount.
Where Cab Bhai or an assigned driver cancels a confirmed prepaid booking without customer fault, the eligible advance amount shall be refunded in full.
12. Breakdown and Replacement
If a vehicle breaks down during a journey, Cab Bhai shall make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative vehicle. Charges for the completed portion may remain payable; unused prepaid service not provided may be refunded or adjusted as applicable.
13. Trip Tracking and Safety
Cab Bhai may provide vehicle details, driver information, trip updates or tracking facilities for booking fulfilment and safety. Customers must not misuse, publish or share such information for unauthorised purposes.
14. Travel Agent and Driver Payment Disputes
Travel agents and drivers may independently agree upon fare, commission, margin or other commercial payment terms.
Cab Bhai is not responsible for disputes, unpaid balances, commission conflicts or private settlement disagreements between a travel agent and a driver after their agreement. Cab Bhai's responsibility is limited to security amounts actually received through its platform, their recorded receipt, and their adjustment or release under the disclosed platform process, subject to applicable law.
15. Prohibited Use
Users must not submit false bookings, engage in unlawful travel, threaten or abuse any person, damage a vehicle, misuse personal data or tracking links, manipulate refunds or payments, or attempt to disrupt or commercially copy the platform.
16. Third-Party Services
Cab Bhai may use payment, mapping, communication, hosting, analytics and support providers. Their systems may be subject to separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable beyond Cab Bhai's reasonable control.
17. Liability and Consumer Rights
Cab Bhai shall make reasonable efforts to facilitate confirmed services and provide support. Subject to applicable law, Cab Bhai shall not be responsible for indirect losses caused by delay, traffic, weather, missed onward travel or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cab Bhai shall endeavour to acknowledge consumer grievances within 48 hours and resolve them within one month from receipt, subject to the nature of the complaint and applicable law.
19. Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to statutory consumer remedies, disputes shall be subject to competent courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
Cab Bhai may update these Terms by publishing revised terms on its website or application. Terms communicated for a confirmed booking shall ordinarily continue to apply to that booking unless the change is required by law or is more favourable to the customer.
